Who it’s for

Companies: define before you build

Going from an idea to something the development team can build takes meetings, scattered documents and decisions nobody wrote down. And there isn’t always a team free to explore something new.

What it doesn’t do

Team AI Console doesn’t replace a large company’s engineering process. Documents and code, and the team’s state when you collaborate, travel through your git repository (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket…); it doesn’t integrate with Jira or Slack. It helps before you build, and in small teams.

Which teams to use

  • Ceres

If the idea isn’t defined yet: it turns it into a Vision Document.

  • Orion

For definition: a Product Manager or an analyst goes from an idea to a brief, requirements, test cases and a package ready for the development team.

  • Vela

For teams of two or three people exploring something outside the main product.

An example workflow

  1. You open a project with Orion and tell it the idea.
  2. Orion defines it: requirements, design, test cases and technical design, each deliverable reviewed by a person.
  3. The development team implements it with its own process.
  4. When you confirm it is implemented and tested, QA reviews the results and it is accepted.

What documents you get

  • Product brief
  • Requirements
  • Interface spec
  • Test cases
  • Technical design
