17. Language, theme and windows

• App language (ES | EN) — changes what the app says: menus, notices and screens. It is saved and applied to all windows. By default, the system language. The teams, the conversation with them and their documents stay in the team’s language: for example, with the app in English and a team in Spanish, the phrase to activate a role is “Cambiar a: …”.
• Team language — the language the project’s team works in (chosen when you create the project or with Change team…). Agents reply and write documents in that language even if the app is in another one; this is expected, not an error.
  • “Team: …” indicator — next to the prompt box (in the project chat and in “Aside”) it only appears when the team’s language differs from the app’s; if they match, nothing is shown. It is a small, discreet text button that gets underlined on hover. Click it (or press Enter/Space) to open a help note that explains the difference and how to change each language; close it with Esc or by clicking outside. If you change a language, it appears or disappears right away.
  • Notice when opening the project — if the app language and the team language differ, a notice above the chat explains it when you open the project. It does not block anything: click Got it and it will not show again in that project. Dismissing it only applies to you and to that project (it is not shared with collaborators); if the app or team language changes later, the notice shows again the next time you open the project.
• Theme — system, light or dark. It is saved for next time.
• Multiple windows — New Window (⌘N / Ctrl+N) opens another home screen, as does New window in a project’s top bar (left of ‹ Projects) or in the dedicated screen of a role or a team (on the left, before Back); ↗ in the list opens a project in a new window. A project cannot be open in two windows: the app brings the window that already shows it to the front. Closing a window only stops the agent of its project; if a turn is running, the app asks first (Stop and close).
